Local Learning Barriers & Needs Assessment
Prior to expanding field operations, EFA completed a targeted field survey across select public secondary schools to evaluate resource gaps, literacy levels, and student engagement challenges. The collected baseline data directly informs our project planning, ensuring all future initiatives remain evidence-based and highly effective.
Youth Graphic Design & Digital Skills Training
Empowered Future Africa has partnered with a local church community to launch an upcoming digital skills initiative focused on graphic design. This practical training program is designed to equip young people with creative design fundamentals, visual branding basics, and software tools to help them build valuable digital skill sets for the modern workforce.
Secondary School Community Outreach & Engagement
EFA has successfully completed two outreach outings across local secondary schools to engage directly with students and educators. These interactive sessions focused on community learning, open discussions around educational barriers, and fostering strong collaborative support between schools and local youth advocate teams.
Practical Numeracy & Youth Financial Logic (In Progress)
This initiative is currently under development. Our framework focuses on bringing practical mathematics and everyday logic to young learners through real-world applications like household budgeting, micro-business bookkeeping, and analytical problem-solving.
