Objective: To implement and assess the effectiveness of our literacy and digital
learning programs in a selected public school near our location.
Phase 1: Needs Assessment & Community Engagement
Identify a suitable public school based on accessibility, student
needs, and administrative support.
Meet with school officials, teachers, and community members to
discuss the project’s objectives and ensure collaboration.
Conduct a baseline assessment to understand the students’
literacy and digital skills levels.
